Rent out your property: what are the steps?

First, we sign a written letting mandate together, stating the rent, the duration and the fees. Next, we present your property on our website and organise the viewings. Then we study the applicants’ files and present the selected tenant to you. Once you agree, we draw up the lease. Finally, we carry out the entry inventory and hand over the keys.

Rent out your property: the inventory and condition report

You give us the inventory of the furniture and equipment in your property. We then check it on site, room by room, before the tenant moves in. This way, the entry condition report stays precise and complete. We carry out the same check when the tenant leaves, and we compare the exit condition with the entry condition, so everyone knows about any differences.

Which documents should you prepare?

To put your property up for rent, prepare your title deed, your identity document and a proof of address. In addition, add the plans of the property and the list of its equipment. Rent out your property: how much are our fees?

Our letting fees are 8% of the total annual lease amount, plus VAT. For example, for a rent of Rs 150,000 per month, the annual lease comes to Rs 1,800,000 and the fees to Rs 144,000, VAT extra. When we represent both the owner and the tenant, each pays their own fees. The REAA also regulates the profession and estate agents’ commissions. What we do, and what we do not do

We find the tenant, draw up the lease and carry out the entry and exit inventories. However, we do not provide day-to-day property management. You therefore deal directly with your tenant for rent and works. In line with our high-end positioning, we take on mandates for properties with a rent starting at Rs 100,000 per month.
